NW Scheme Western Avenue |

|
Hello Abi, Further to our conversation last Thursday. My name is Alasdair Bavister and I'm a Membership Services Administrator (MSA) for OurWatch, the national Neighbourhood Watch organisation and also a member of the executive of the Association of Dorset Watches (ADW). We're contacting all the registered Neighbourhood Watch Main Coordinators in Dorset by phone, to find out how things are, and to confirm that they and their schemes are active. I can see that NW Scheme Western Avenue has 4 members, which you said you weren't aware of. However, now that I'm at home and online, I can see that you've registered yourself 3 times: 25/04/2014 as a scheme member and last logged in 12/12/2024 24/03/2023 as Main Coordinator with no logins, and 19/09/2024 as a member and last logged in 19/09/2024 Maybe you can login and amend your 25/04/2014 registration to show yourself as Main Coordinator and delete the other two registrations. Please let me know if you do this. (Otherwise I can do it for you if you prefer). The system shows 2 suggested members for the scheme: Luker Barry 97 Western Avenue Lynda Knight 89 Western Avenue They have registered themselves with Neighborhood Alert online but haven't joined the Western Avenue scheme. You can add them by logging in and clicking on the + button beside their name and address. If you have a WhatsApp group for NW Scheme Western Avenue maybe you can persuade your neighbours to got to https://www.ourwatch.org.uk/joinNW They can then put in their postcode to find local schemes, the first of which listed is Western Avenue and can sign up to join the scheme. Alternatively they can click on "Become a Member" “Join Us”. Good luck with getting more of your neighbours to sign up and join NW Scheme Western Avenue. This message has been copied to Amanda Anderson, Resilient Communities Coordinator, Dorset Police. All the best Alasdair Alasdair Bavister 07709 209355 | ||
